How do credits work?
Generating a video or image consumes credits based on factors like duration and resolution. Credits from your subscription or credit pack are added to your balance and deducted automatically as you generate.
What's the difference between monthly, yearly and one-time plans?
Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions — you get a fresh batch of credits every billing cycle plus full access to premium features. One-time credit packs are a single purchase with a fixed amount of credits and no subscription, ideal for occasional use or topping up.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a subscription are valid for the current billing cycle (about 30 days for monthly plans, 365 days for yearly plans). Credits from one-time credit packs never expire.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and any credits you've already received remain usable until they expire.
